New features:
- Split gesture option into volume & brightness and zoom
- Add support for external subtitles (only ExoPlayer)
- Customize the seeking increments
- Add option to disable subtitles in mpv

Improvements:
- Lot's of translations (Bulgarian, Chinese, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish)
- Provide better error messages with stacktrace
